It's time for a new post! There have been six weeks of hard work.
At first it was a little bit frustrating. We had a challenge, 10 weeks to come to a solution to a problem that we didn't even know or at least we weren't aware of it.
The initial weeks demanded lot of research that open our minds to the reality of children in the Uruguayan society. We were really enthusiastic about it because we found lots of problems children were facing and we have lots of ideas on how to solve their problems. So far so good!
But the real challenge came when we had to put hands on. We had a hard time. There were problems everywhere and solutions came as fast as a problems appear. So... We needed to decide. That was hard. We were 5 people with different ideas that were from really different places and so we need to start pulling strings to come came to an agreement. But we deal with it.
What I learn about this situation is that sometimes we want to have more options and we try hard to be able to open new doors and to discover new paths. But we need to be aware that is not an easy task to decide and it is going to be hard to let some options go away.
