I've arrived at Uruguay may tenth of 2019. The moment I stepped out of the Airplane the fresh air of Montevideo gave me a warm welcome to the country that now I consider to be my second home. Well, after reading that last phrase you may become aware that everything that it's written up until week 4 it's an analepse, so, the actual content here may be consider a memory rather than a journal. Without further a do...
The weekend passed by and on monday the moment i've waited for the last few months was finally (the begging of the project) happening. I arrived at spacio interdisciplinario anxious, but the moment I went inside, all that anxiety gone away.
This first week of "work" was actually pretty "chill". We got to know each other by playing some games, and I must be sincere, I felt like a child, a child with many friends. I instantly became really close to the Chile friends, Ana, Fran, Nico and Vicky, and in the second or third day of classes I found myself at Nico's drinking Piscola which is a mix of an alchoolic Chile drink Pisco with Coca-Cola."It was horrible!!", that is what I should have said as the responsible worker I am, but, in reality it was really great. Thank you Nico for preparing the best piscola i've ever tasted/had.
Later that week we learnt abour work dynamics and stuff that as already been written on the team blog, so, see you on week 2 by Tomás.
